This form opens from the Check Points form (PupChecks) when you click on the Post to siblings button, which only appears if the prospective pupil actually has a sibling in the database. Its main use is when siblings are joining the school at the same time and you want to record the same checkpoint to each sibling. You record the checkpoint for the first child then use this form to record it to the second and subsequent siblings. Clicking the Post to me button completes the action.
