First select a school in the left-hand box and (if you wish) a part of your school in the right-hand box. If you make no choice in this box then pupils entering all parts of the school are displayed. The function of the buttons is then as follows:

Report
Displays a report showing all the pupils from that school who continued their schooling with you or who wish to do so.
School
Opens the Feeder School record for that school.
Refresh
Updates the display with any recently added schools
