Having made all the necessary checks and satisfied yourself that all invoices are correct and complete, the time will come when they need to be printed.  This function is accessed from the ‘Preview Invoices’ button on the ‘Invoice headers’ menu.
 
Clicking this button will create a print preview of all the invoices in the batch selected. As usual, the navigation tools at the bottom of the window allow you to scroll through the invoices in the batch.

You will also notice that, when the mouse cursor is on the invoice area in the print preview, it changes to a magnifying glass, allowing you to enlarge the image for easier proofing. When you are happy that all is well, use the File Menu | Print routine to access the print dialogue box.  You can then select ‘All pages’ to print all the invoices, or ‘Pages From:  To:’ to print a selection.
