In the Data Integrity section of the Finance menu, an important check is that you have at least one fee payer for each pupil in the school. If this check is successful, you will get the following message:

If there are pupils with no fee payer, a version of the All pupils/adults form will display, showing only those pupils without a fee payer. You need to allocate fee payers before invoices can be raised.
