Click on the tab labelled Medical Consultants. In the Practitioner Name column is a dropdown showing all the medical practitioners currently in the database. You can edit this list by pressing the Medical Consultant List button at the bottom of this form. To choose one for the current pupil, just click on the one you require. Normally this will be the pupil’s GP and this is the default. However, for other types of medical consultant, e.g. dentist, select from the dropdown in the Type column.
