Under General Information you can list any particular conditions the pupil may be suffering from. You can add as many as you wish and against each record a note giving more information about the condition. There is also a date associated with the condition, which defaults to the date you enter the record, but can be changed if appropriate. These conditions are chosen from a dropdown list. You can add and edit the medical conditions in the list at any time by using the Medical Conditions button.

There is also a box on this page to display the pupil’s NHS number, which is edited in the Miscellaneous tab of the pupil record, and a large space to freely type any additional medical notes you wish to record about the pupil.
