This form can be accessed from either the medical conditions area within the main pupil medical record or the Medical Support Data form. It allows you to manage the conditions available to assign to pupils in your database. It is not possible to delete conditions from this list as they may have been assigned to pupils, but you can add new conditions and change the wording of the existing conditions, e.g. to correct spelling mistakes.

Clicking the 'New' button will take you to the bottom of the list so that you can add a new record. You can close the form by pressing the cancel button, which will close without saving any changes you have made, or by pressing the close button, which will save your changes.

Alternatively click File and choose Save and Exit or Exit without saving.
