This look up records the way in which new prospects heard about your school during the application process. There is a primary reason and a secondary reason – every primary must have at least one secondary even if it is ‘No further information’. This drop down may be accessed from the Prospective Pupil record | Enquiry tab and the top two ‘Marketing information’ fields.

You will notice that the look up includes the facility to mark both primary and secondary entries as Archived. Entries marked as Archived will not appear in any drop downs.
