In version 4.1, SchoolBase Lookups have been put together in one place. The form is called Lookups_DN behind the scenes, and people can still be assigned with just the lookups they need as well as the whole Lookups form. Individual lookups, or each lookup category, such as medical, can be assigned to main menus as needed.

We have categorised the lookups into the categories above: Pupils/Parents, Staff, Medical, Finance, Curriculum, Registration, Calendar, Miscellaneous, External Exams, Assessments, Testing and Tracking.

You can open as many tabs as you need at one time, and close them either individually with the X, or using the Tabs menu.

If there are data errors in the lookup table you will see a red exclamation mark and get a warning message when you try to close the form. The red exclamation mark shows the data item(s) with the problem. This will usually be missing data or a duplicate in a column that should be unique.

Pupil/Adult lookups: adult features, alternative houses, application types, boarder types, care lists, check points, contact types, countries, day book actions, day book entry types, ethnicity, extra curricular, extra curricular categories, houses, key dates, languages, leaver destinations, marketing information, nationalities, offer types, pupil features, pupil types, relationships, religions, special needs, stages of prospect.

Staff lookups: absences, check clearance levels, check documents, check types, departments, department categories, employment status, feature list, marital status, security levels, staff category types, user levels.

Medical lookups: Additional medical information, allergies, blood types, common ailments and remedies, destinations, injection sites, medical checks, medical conditions, medical consultants, nursing staff, practitioner types, vaccination types.

Finance lookups: Finance staff

Curriculum lookups: Academic years, Brazilian subjects, class list, shadow class list, subjects, years.

Registration lookups: Absence reasons, reg types, registration exception reasons.

Calendar lookups: Event types, resources, resource types, term names.

Miscellaneous lookups: Buildings, document types, feeder features, font list, free time codes, label templates, rooms, unicodes, universities, templates.

External exams lookups: Exam boards, exam centres, exam types.
