This is a utility form for System Managers. It can be used to see the current status of all those who have logged on to SchoolBase at some time. If a user has logged on from more than one machine, there will be a row in the table for each machine, otherwise there is one row per user showing details of the most recent log in. The data is as follows:

WorkStation - the computer from which the user has logged on

User ID - the unique identifier of the user.

User Name - the name whereby the user logs on to SchoolBase.

Logged On - the date and time of the last time the user logged on.

Logged Off - the date and time of the last time the user logged off.

Logged In - whether the user is currently logged in.
