There are two steps for merging labels, the first is creating the label template (defining the widths/height of the label sheet you use) and the second is creating the label itself.
The Label Template editor is available from the Lookup area and looks like this:
You must first give the template a name then fill in each of the fields according to the style of labels you use – you may need to do some measuring of your label sheet or check the details listed in Word for any standard label style. Closing the form will automatically save the information you have input and it will now be available to use with the Label Merge editor.
