This form can be accessed from either the vaccination area within the main pupil medical record or the Medical Support Data form. It allows you to manage the vaccination sites available to assign to pupil's vaccination records in your database. It is not possible to delete sites from this list as they may have been assigned to pupils, but you can add new sites and change the wording of the existing sites, e.g. to correct spelling mistakes.

Clicking the 'New' button will take you to the bottom of the list so that you can add a new record. You can close the form by pressing the cancel button, which will close without saving any changes you have made, or by pressing the close button, which will save your changes.

Alternatively click File and choose Save and Exit or Exit without saving.
