During the process of importing a test from a spreadsheet, you need to match the pupils, to make sure SchoolBase has correctly identified them. If you had PupOrigNum as the first column of the spreadsheet, this should be very easy.
These records had PupOrigNum in the first column, so SchoolBase has matched the names automatically. You can do a quick visual check then click Close to return to Importer for the next stage. If the PupOrigNums were not present, you will have to match the pupils yourself. You can use the dropdown on the right, but as this brings up every pupil in your school, it can be rather big to navigate. Starting to type your pupil's surname will soon cut this down, though. When you have matched all the pupils you want to import, click Close to go back to the next stage of import.
