During the process of importing tests from a spreadsheet, subjects need to be matched.

You can import up to two scores or grades per subject. SchoolBase will try to identify the subjects, but if there is no exact match, you will have to use the dropdown under SchoolBase matched name to find the subject from your subjects list.

If you find you need to add a subject, because the subject tested is not taught in school (e.g. Non verbal reasoning), there is a Subjects button, linking to your subjects list, to enable you to do this.

SchoolBase will only import the data that you match with a subject, so if there is data on your spreadsheet you do not wish to import, simply leave it unmatched.

When you have finished matching, click Close to return to the Importer form to do the next stage.
