There may be occasions where you want the same data to appear in two separate assessment sets. For example, you may want to create a set of end of term reports which are issued in full to parents. However, you wish to issue a summary card showing only some of the grades, scores or comments awarded.

The solution here is to create two assessment sets, one for the full reports and one for the summary card. Rather than enter all the data twice, you release only the full report set to staff for completion. When all is complete, you use the Grade Shifter form (accessible from the Assessment Menu) to copy across the grades, scores, comments or curriculum statements, one slot at a time to the second assessment set. Once all the grades and scores have been copied, the summary cards can be printed. The form itself should be self-explanatory.

 

When copying a Curriculum statement you do not need to pick a slot so those two boxes are greyed out and the instructions change to point out that it matches on groups.
