This form allows you to generate Active Directory user names for a selected member of staff or for all current staff. Before clicking the Generate name(s) button you need to establish the following settings:

1. The name format (by default firstname plus surname).
2. The separator between the elements of the name (a dot by default).
3. The selected member of staff or all current staff using the Find box at the bottom.
