The Gating system allows you to record gating in SchoolBase. Before you use Gating, you must have Gating Reasons, Gating Times and Gating reg Marks set up. Gating reasons are the reasons that pupils may be gated for, gating times are the times the gating register is taken, and gating reg marks are the available marks that can be put in the gating register.These are all lookups that use the List form.

Pupils for gating allows you to select pupils to gate.

Gating register displays the gating register and allows it to be marked.

Gating records displays the record of all pupils who have been gated.
