This form lists all gating records currently held in the database. These can be filtered by pupil, reason, start and end dates, tutor, house, form and year. To filter to a particular value select it in one of the boxes above the records (most have a dropdown to select from but in the case of start and end dates you must enter a specific date) and then click on the button. You can also sort the records by any of the fields. Start and end dates are sorted with the latest first. Once a gating has been served, or when the data is no longer required, the record may be deleted by clicking the button next to the relevant record. This will, however, remove the record from the gating register and also delete the sanction record. After filtering, you can go back to seeing all the records by pressing Remove filters.
