This area of the system is used for viewing pupils and parents (fee payers) and also performing critical pre-invoicing checks.

The 'View' buttons should be largely self-explanatory, but it is worth noting that linked Adults can be viewed from the Pupil listings and vice versa:-

Using the 'Run checks' option  goes through a series of checks, and reports any errors which would prevent the 'Create Invoice' routine from working.  You MUST fix the errors before the 'Create Invoices' routine will work.  Clicking on the error message (which will have turned blue) will display a list of the offending items.

'Export Adults' creats a spreadsheet which can be the basis of an import into your accounts system to set up and maintain fee payer accounts.
