When setting up nominal codes it is VITAL that these correspond exactly with those in your chosen accounting system.

There are import routines available from some accounting systems which will ensure perfect correspondence.

Nominal Codes should be allocated a 'Type' which will determine how the charges related to them are grouped on the invoices.
