This section gives access to a range of miscellaneous functions related to the selected criteria.

Address map
Use the usual filters to select a set of records in Pupil Finder, then click on this button and a map will be displayed with pins for each of the addresses in the selection. The red pin will pinpoint the location of your school with the green pins highlighting the contact addresses.

Adult Search - see under Adult Finder.

Care list   This button gives access to the pastoral/academic care process which allows you to monitor pupils requiring particular care. Read more ...

Contact Point info - an online directory, set up by the government, available to authorised staff who need it to do their jobs, enabling the delivery of coordinated support for children and young people. In anticipation of the forthcoming availability of Contact Point we have added this button which will export Contact Point information on selected pupils to a .csv file.

Day Book - access to the Day Book entriy form for the selected pupils.  Read more about the Day Book.

Exam results - access to the examination results for the slected pupils. 

Group Lists - this button givens access to a separate set of criteria related to teaching groups. These are unrelated to the criteria on the main form. Read more ...

Multi edit - not visible unless you have write access. See Administration menu under Multi edit

Post data - this button allows you to post a piece of information to the selected pupils. It is dealt with further under Tagging.

R&S Multi-Post - this button enables multiple entries of rewards and sanctions to be made for the selected group of pupils from one screen.

Register report - several schools have requested the ability to produce copies of registers by term, etc. This button opens a form which allows you to produce a register for a given period or to produce a list of absences and/or lates for selected pupils, listed alphabetically or grouped by year and class. Register note - New - If you are using the full registration process you can post a note to a group of pupils. Select the group on the Finder in the normal way (e.g. all of 3H or all tagged as going Skiing), then click the button and write a note. The note appears on the register of any pupils included in your group and stays there until the register marker clicks the Noted button. Read more ..

Tag Feeders
This is an extremely powerful tool. When you click this button it opens a small form in which you enter the name of a new tag.


On clicking OK the Feeder Schools form opens on a new tagged list where each of the feeder schools for the pupils you selected in Pupil Finder are tagged. This can then be used for all the usual purposes. Read more ...

Timetables - this button prints a set of timetables for the selected pupils. You can also print a timetable for an individual pupil by right-clicking on the pupil's name and selecting the View timetable option

View Real-Time - displays the timetables of the selected group of pupild including any activities and/or lessons created in the 'Real Time' area of SchoolBase (often referred to as 'Activities'
