Clicking each of the three buttons (Gen, Lists and Pros) displays a list of printed reports which will vary from school to school. (There is an extra button Med which appears if you are accessing medical records.) These reports use information about pupils selected using the criteria on the left of the form. Each report has a default title but this can be varied by entering a title in the box below the list.

Many reports can be gived a custom title.  This will replace the standard title for that report, but only for this occasion.  It will revert to the original each time the report is run!

Your system administrator will have set a 'default' font, which will be used for every report.  They may also have given you a small selection of alternative fonts to chose from.  As with the custom title, this setting will return to the default each time.  The font size is variable up and down in 0.5 point sizes.  This is because different fonts of the same point size occupy more or less space!  Comic Sans 11point is bigger than Ariial 11 point!

The record order can also be varied using one or more sort criteria. For instance, as here the Pupil alphabetical listing can be sorted first by gender and then alphabetically by making the appropriate selection. Clicking the Clear button returns the Order buttons to their empty state.

To display a report, simply double-click on the one you require (or highlight it and click on Preview). Included under Lists are form, year, house and tutor group lists.
