The Finder Form is the heart of the SchoolBase® system. Whenever you want to locate or print one or more pupil records for whatever purpose, this is where you start. It is designed to make the records easy and intuitive to find and quick to access. Time invested in getting to know this form is time well spent.

Several possible menu items take you to this form and its exact appearance will vary a little depending on whether you are looking for Current Pupils, Prospective Pupils, Past Pupils or Medical Records.

If your login settings include the ability to Edit records, the Add New button enables you to add a pupil into the database.
