A small number of exams officers reported that they had entered two or more types of exam in the same header and then were unable to create amendment files for one of the types.

It is only ever possible to make amendments for the exam type assigned to that header, so we closed the loophole that allowed different exam types to be entered in the same header. Entries made in v. 3.8 or later will not have this issue.
