Note: you should access external exam reports via the Examination Officers menu and not the redundant Exam Reports form.

Labels
By default this button creates a set of desk labels, one for each candidate, showing the pupil’s name in examination format and the pupil’s candidate number. However, you can create a customised label using the Merge Label facility (for details see under Merge Labels) to enable you to use your own label stationery. This must still display the same fields which are PupExamName and Pu_CandNo.

Examination Cards

Group Progress Sheets
This displays a list of all groups entering examinations together with the check boxes indicating what stage their entries have reached.

Candidate Sheets
Produces a sheet for every candidate, or for the selected candidate showing all the entries for that candidate.

Qualification and Subject Entry Spreadsheets
The Qualification button reates a spreadsheet with a row for each candidate in candidate number order and a column for each qualification for which an entry has been made. A 1 indicates that the candidate is entered for that subject. The Subject button displays the same data but with a row for each qualification and a column for each candidate.

Examination Fees
This report lists the examination entry fees incurred by each candidate.

Centre Timetables
These produce lists showing the date and time of each examination together with the candidates who have been entered. If you want to process the information further, remember that by clicking the Excel OfficeLinks button, you can export the information into a spreadsheet.

Candidate Timetables
For individual candidates these list extra time allowed where this has been recorded.
