Entry data tab

Having worked through the groups you can now see the outcome thus far by selecting the Entry data tab.

You can do almost anything here to an entry, adding, deleting and modifying rows.

Deleting a row: it is possible to delete a row where a pupil was in a group but has dropped out of the examination for that subject. A row will have been created and should be blank – just select the row by clicking the grey box at the left-hand side and press the Delete key on the keyboard.

Adding a row: go to the end of the form (holding down Ctrl and pressing the End key is the quickest way), then on a blank line select a child, select a board and make the entry. It may be that a pupil did AS last year. The modules were not cashed in at the time and the pupil has not carried on with the subject this year. They would not have appeared on a list but can still be selected and added at this point.

Changing a row: module selections can be added, changed or removed. Additional units can be added to a line – a pupil doing a resit of one unit perhaps together with three new units.

It is essential that one line equates to a single board. Do not try and muddle boards on a single line.
