 When submitting examination entries to the boards, the default name for each pupil is the surname (upper case) followed by a colon followed by the forenames, e.g. BISHOP:Robert Hugh. However, in some cases you may need to alter this, probably where the name used regularly in school is not the name on the pupil’s birth certificate. The name used is stored on the Miscellaneous tab of the pupil’s record and you need to check that these are correct. In the illustration below the English forename would need to be removed.
