Although you can now build labels to match the school style, some schools wanted other information that just would not fit with the mail merge process. For this reason we have added the Examination Card. This card (an A6 page which several schools plan on laminating) includes candidate numbers, examination name and familiar name, their year and form and the note associated with their special need. Their photograph will be included if this is contained within your system.

A recent addition is the facility to print a card for an individual pupil.

If you select a special need from the third dropdown, you can limit the printing of cards to candidates who have that particular need. By creating a special need entry for those requiring extra time, or by including a note such as ‘Extra 25% required’ against particular special needs you can print those candidates cards separately or ensure that the requirement is displayed on the card.
