This form opens in two modes depending on which button you pressed on the previous form. Only in the second mode can you actually enter the scores. The functions of the buttons along the bottom of the form are as follows: To Spreadsheet This exports the data to a spreadsheet at the location you choose. This spreadsheet can be used either as a data capture sheet for collecting the results or to display the actual results already in the system. The system will not allow you to do this unless the candidates have been numbered. Set Cand# Provided you have given the current candidate a number, clicking this button will give the next candidate the number which is one greater. So if you number the first candidate as 1 and repeatedly click this button you can number all the candidates sequentially. At any point you can change a number so as to leave a gap in the numbering. Label This button has no function other than to remind you to use Merge Labels to create address or desk labels. List This produces a numbered list of candidate names. Where the desks are numbered this list can be displayed publicly to allow candidates to check their exam number and thus find their correct desk. You can produce more detailed result sheets using the Entrance Examination Reports form.
