It may be useful to assign a candidate number to each child. This can help with marking and other administration. Using this form you can assign consecutive numbers by entering a number for the first candidate and then clicking the Set Cand# button. Each time you click the next number in sequence will be assigned to the next child. To restart at a different number, just enter the number manually and then continue as before.

You can also use this form to produce a candidate list. Click the List button to do this. Although there is a button labelled Label it is only there to remind you to use the Merge Label facility to create labels. This could be used, for example, to print desk labels for the examination room if you are testing pupils in groups.
