When you are setting up your entrance examinations, each of the separate examination components must be added to the Entrance Exam Subjects list using this form. This is reached via the Lookups list but can be added as a separate item to your menu if necessary. (The name of the form is EntExam.) If you wish to use this data for tracking, the subject names should match those in your curriculum. You can only pick names which are currently in your list of subjects. If you need to add to this, click on the Subject button. To add a subject as an entrance exam component, select it from the dropdown at the bottom of the form and then click the Add button.

The main Entrance Examination process is carried out on the Entry Procedures form (EntExamTwo).
When the time comes to enter the scores, use the Scores button alongside each subject. You can use the Sort button on the toolbar
to sort the candidates into alphabetical order to facilitate entry. You can enter two scores - the first has to be a number; the second can be text or a number.

Results show up (and can also be entered) on the Enquiry tab of the prospective pupil record.

Once all the results are in click the Add to testing and tracking button to add these results to your testing and tracking system. You can then use this to create result sheets.
