This is a form for the System Manager to use in emergencies. Occasionally, for whatever reason, SchoolBase may get confused about which reports are checked out. A member of staff comes to check in their reports but the system appears to be unaware that they have been checked out and will not allow them to be checked in. This form allows the System Manager to override the system and check the reports back in. You need to enter:

  • the location of the checked out reports (e.g. memory stick)
  • the relevant set of reports
  • the name of the teacher
  • which type of reports they are
Once this information has been entered, click the Emergency Check in button. But beware! This will overwrite any existing reports this teacher has done.
