Once stored, staff have quick and easy, read only, access to the documents available via the Document Library which is the only one of the document management forms they need. Do remember that a document can be in any format that can be read on a PC so it could be the photographs from the school ski trip, a recording of the carol concert or a spreadsheet of examination results. To open the document staff need to double-click on the entry. This opens a Document Link form with a description of the document, and double-clicking on the Hyperlink opens the document.
