All pupils listed on this form have two or more adult contacts listed as having custody. This may be the case if you have imported data from another system. Legally one adult or pair of cohabiting adults may be registered in your database as having custody. A double-click on any pupil name will open the relevant record for amendment. To amend the record:

• click on the Contacts tab
• double-click the name of the contact who should not have custody
• untick the box labelled Custody
