Creating the Blank Assessments |

Assessment

This takes place once you have defined the content of your new assessment. This step is a really major one because it causes blank assessment records to be created for each subject which each pupil is studying. This can potentially be thousands of records. If you take this step before you are ready, the results may take a while to unscramble. You might like to use the Groups button to check the composition of the groups or the Review button to check the individual group settings once more before you go ahead.
You could even use the Delete button to delete the whole assessment set and start again. Do be careful with this button. If there are already reports written as part of this assessment set they will be removed!
Once you are sure, click the Pupils to groups button. Once the All Done message appears your assessments are now ready for writing.
