Staff can check out their reports and enter them from home (or enter the via the Web if you subscribe to SchoolBaseOnLine). In order for this to be possible a copy of SchoolBaseAtHome must be downloaded and stored in an area accessible to all staff and the location of this file recorded as a System Variable. Your data manager will know how to do this.
