Pressing the Care List button from Finder launches this form.

This allows you to see which pupils from the selected group are currently on the Care List, and you can change a pupil's care list position, or add them to the care list, by using the dropdown box toward the right. This dropdown is populated from the Care List lookup in Lookup Tables. The History button at the far right allows you to see that pupil's care list history.

The care list is a simple means of keeping track of pupils who are a cause for concern in school; a more flexible solution may be found in the day book.
