This form opens if you click the Register button on the BusMenu form or if you select Bus Register (or similar) from your personal menu.

Registers

A passenger register for any route can be produced by selecting the route in the dropdown and clicking the Report button. If you want the list in bus route order rather than alphabetical, you should click the Bus route order radio button. If the Selected route is left blank a register is printed for all routes.

Address Labels

This produces a set of address labels for the parents of pupils on the selected route or (if the route is left blank) for the parents of all pupils using the scheme.

Price List

This produces a list of prices for a particular route or for all routes.

Bus Route

This produces a timetable for a particular route or for all routes.

Essential Information

This produces a report containing essential information (addresses, phone numbers, etc) for all pupils on the selected route.
