You can print Bus Passes for everyone, for individual pupils, or one form or house at a time. The bus pass report your school uses has to be set by a super user in the System Variables. There is also a Bus Pass variable that can be set in System Variables which most schools use to say when the pass is valid, e.g. September 2008 to July 2009.
