We have received the following information from BYS which may help schools setting up Proxy settings to enable staff to use Beam Your Screen when getting help with SchoolBase from Furlong.

In very secure networks such as schools it can happen that the Proxy blocks BeamYourScreen. In such cases, especially if not all users have the proxy authentication details it is possible to add the BeamYourScreen URLs to the secure pages of the school proxy. The URLs that need to be added to the Proxy whitelist are *.beamyourscreen.com or:
