This is an example of a form used for a limited type of assessment where no comments are required.

The arrows at top right allow you to move between groups. The subject and group name are displayed at the top. Using the scrollbar on the right-hand side you can scroll down to other pupils in this group.

Grades and scores should be entered in the appropriate columns, picking from the dropdown. The Done box is used in some schools for checking which reports are complete, or for locking the reports to prevent accidental changes.

Clicking the Close button saves the assessments as well as closing the form.
