The AssList form appears in various guises depending on the settings in Forms and Reports. The menu entry which is usually labelled Review reports shows the most features. (This is the AssList form opened with an opening argument of 4). This is the version shown below.
Most of the features are as described elsewhere but the extra features are:
- Preview All - previews the full set of reports ready for printing
- Dup needed - lists all pupils in the assessment set who need one or more duplicate reports and provides buttons for previewing or printing them
- Review by - Reports can be selected for a form, tutor group, house and year, year, subject, tagged list or individual pupil.
 - Extra reports - this gives access to staff who need to write additional comments not linked directly to a timetabled teaching group. Click here for more details.
- Comment checker - clicking this button opens a form on every comment written in a set of reports. Alternatively you can first use the Review by box to filter by Form, Tutor Group, etc and then click this button. If you have already made a selection and want to review the whole set you need to come out of the form and then re-open it. Using this feature you can run a spell-check without the need to untick the Done button on each set of reports. If the subject has more than one comment (e.g. Writing and Comprehension) you can select the second, third or even sixth comment. There is no guarantee that staff will not subsequently change them again unless you mark them as locked.
- Curriculum review - displays the curriculum statements for all groups in the assessment set. You can filter these by subject or by year (a recent addition).
- Pupil pastoral - produces a report showing the pastoral reports for the selected pupils
- Pupil subjects - produces a report showing the subject reports for the selected pupils
- Group Summary - produces a list of reports for each group in turn with the curriculum statement for the group if there is one.
- Preview - previews the selected report/s ready for printing
- Review - opens the selected reports for writing or amendment
The Clear Filters button does exactly what it says.
