This form opens when you press the Dup needed button on Review Reports. It shows a list of all those pupils who will need one or more extra copies of this report. It is possible to view and print the extra reports from here.

The list is calculated by using the adult contact information for a pupil. If the pupil has more than one adult contact with Report needed ticked, and they have a report in the selected set, they will appear on this list.
