The comment checker is available by pressing the Comment Checker button on the form which opens when you select Review Reports either from your menu or from the Assessment Menu. It is intended for supervisory staff members, such as heads of department and admin staff to be able to check the comments written by teachers for inaccuracies. The Gender Check button performs a check that all occurrences of he/she, him/her, his/her in the report match the gender of the pupil as stored in the database.

You can switch between checking subject, pastoral or add-on reports and check up to 6 comments per report using this form.
