In the example below last year’s Year 8 Maths sets are moving forward to Year 9 but staying in the same sets. Once these settings are entered, clicking the Sort now button completes the process.  If having done Maths as shown here, you know your ICT is done in the same groups - change the entry in the To curriculum field
- select the ICT groups
- click the Sort now button once again.
Remember you can copy a group from the same year as well as from the previous year, so if pupils are taught in the same groups for more than one subject you should only ever need to select them once.
