Annual Census went .NET in version 4.02.01 of SchoolBase.

As the Census requirements continually change year on year, we expect this area of the system to change constantly.

As of November 2011, ISI haven't posted the requirements for their new 2012 process as yet - they expect to release them in January for reporting later on in the year.
