Birkenhead school requested an addition to the right click function that shows you the registration marks for that pupil for today. We have further plans as we extend the Real Time process to have another entry here which is a ‘where are they now’ but this is still some way off completion and will be included in a later release.

King’s High School for Girls in Warwick wanted to be able to text parents of girls directly from the registration menu – action list – now you can. From the Registration Menu click the Action List button and you will see those pupils absent from school in the selected session where the reason for absence is not known. To text all parents just click the Text Parents button or you can select individuals.  A nice addition to the system.

The academic tab on the finder used to show all subjects, all staff etc. We were asked to improve this and in doing so made it worse! Our apologies. It is now working. The subject list is timetabled subjects (including activities) and once selected sub filters the next boxes etc. If no subject is selected we have filtered to those teachers that have a timetable and again – once selected this is used to sub filter the other combo boxes.
