Firstly you can now manage SchoolBase® and SBOnLine from this menu item thus the first thing you need to do is set what you are managing: 
You can switch from off-line to on-line and back as freely as you wish but we need to ensure that a form that was designed to run on-line does not end up on a menu item off-line etc. The first time you choose to manage Online through Forms and Reports, you need to assign all the menu items you require to the Staff and Administration menus, as the old settings will now be overridden by the Forms and Reports settings.
The labels have been changed to make it rather more obvious as to what you are doing. 
We have added a 'clone staff' such that if you want to set one member of staff up with the same menu items as another it is quick and easy to do.
If you add a new menu item on the first tab it will immediately be available on the second – in other words lots of minor changes making a big difference overall.
