Wrekin College were somewhat surprised to discover that there was no Exam Forecast process in SchoolBase® - so now there is. To use this you tick the options you are using in the normal way. If that is an option where a forecast can be made, an additional tick-box appears. Tick those you will be using for the forecast process.

Then to make the forecast click the 'Exam forecast entries' button on the Maintenance tab of the Examination Officers Menu and complete the forecast.

Finally to send these to the board use the normal Export Files process where you will find a new button to produce these into the format for sending to the board with your normal EDI file transfer system.
