We have brought the activities together to a single menu. You can still fire off the individual parts as before but we suggest that the person with overall responsibilities for Activities may benefit from this menu. Set up in Forms and Reports in the normal way – the form is called 'ActivityMenu'.  PLEASE NOTE that you can no longer get to the Information and Groups from the Staff Category Types.

We were requested by Bruton School for Girls to create an Activities report that shows all activities that a pupil has participated in for a given period of time. From the Activity Menu | Groups just click the Print Schedules button – you then get to select a date range and will then have your report something like this.
